There are lots of tinkling streams in England, land of perpetual rain, so I have to make a real mental effort to think that Arizona is not like that and that such a stream means something different over there. That was really lovely and if I ever make it to the US again (I once spent 3 months living in a tent in New Jersey), I'll be round your house in a jiffy. Sometimes I forget that you live in the desert.
