Hope my video today helps you…
Well of course you cant sleep if you continue playing with the light like that. Sheesh. Get some sleep dammit!
And he said, Let there be light!
Crikey, I know this feeling (and that dance of the light) so well. I think my average is four hours, too (probably less) – rrespective of being able to lie-in the next morning. Aging and sound sleep just doesn’t seem to want to marry and live happily ever after for me.
I remember being so tired once, in Nicaragua, standing up on a bus for hours, trekking through god-knows-where, that I fell asleep standing up and it was only the sudden terrifying drop of my body that thrust me back to consciousness and prevented what could have been a very embarrassing collapse. The odd thing nowadays is, no matter how knackered I am once my head hits the pillow the idea of sleep seems miraculously to disappear. In other words, you have my sympathy. Thank you and good night.
oh no. sorry to hear this. I feel bad. you don’t want to hear this but sleeping’s what I do best – I can’t imagine not being able to sleep. how awful. I hope you get to sleep all day & night on the w/e to catchup
I feel ya….I think for the last couple of months, I have not slept through the night once….these last 2 weeks have be especially brutal…for me it’s stress, I know, stress about the new house, money, my life, the baby, work, money, and so on……
Speaking of the house, you are invited to come to the house party….when’s the last time you had a road trip?
Here’s a tip for you: try not turning the light on and off every ten seconds.
Also: drink lots of gin.
I am a basket case without sleep, so I feel for you. That said, it’s 2.46am and I’m still up, by choice. I just can’t stop turning the light on and off. Maybe I should go and finish the gin.
Get some sleep silly.
