Vanilla Vinaigrette

This is very tasty, made with extra special ingredients. Unfortunately I botched what was supposed to be a shot of a beautiful salad being tossed. Put your salad-imagining caps on and picture mixed baby greens, arugula, roasted sweet potato cubes, multicolored heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, and sliced turnips. Now you see it! Yes?

That olive oil sounds wonderful. I must get some. Queen Creek Olive Mill has a web site and a store that ships worldwide.

Great…now I gotta go to Arizona to get the proper ingredients??? *argh!*

Dammit….that’s a long road trip for salad dressing :p

@David Well you have free places to stay in AZ. :D But you could also improvise your own from local flavors, and that would probably be more satisfying.
